Heather’s yoga journey began nearly 25 years ago, and it has been one of transformation, growth, and passion. After five years of dedicated practice, she took the leap into her first 200-hour yoga teacher training—and she hasn’t looked back since.
As a teacher, Heather’s Vinyasa yoga classes are known for their creative, challenging sequences that emphasize precision cueing, healthy alignment, and a deep integration of pranayama and meditation. With her extensive knowledge of anatomy and physiology, she creates an experience that is both empowering and transformative for her students.
Education & Expertise That Matter
Heather is a double 500-hour certified E-RYT 500, Yoga Medicine Registered Therapeutics Specialist, YACEP, and MBG Functional Nutrition Guide. She has completed over 1,800 hours of training across various yoga traditions, yoga therapeutics, and functional nutrition.
Throughout her career, Heather has had the privilege of studying with renowned teachers such as Tiffany Cruikshank, Seane Corn, Tias Little, Rod Stryker, Maty Ezraty, Noah Maze, Kathryn Budig, and many more.
